Service Satisfaction Policy (서비스 만족 정책) At io studio, we strive to ensure every guest leaves happy and confident with their new style. However, because hair services are customized and involve time, materials, and artistic work, we do not offer refunds on any services once they have been completed. io studio는 모든 고객이 만족스럽게 시술을 마치실 수 있도록 최선을 다합니다. 단, 헤어 서비스는 시간과 재료, 전문 기술이 투입되는 맞춤형 시술이므로, 완료된 서비스에 대해서는 환불이 불가합니다. 2. Adjustment Period (보정 가능 기간) If you are not fully satisfied with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment (free correction service) with your stylist to ensure your satisfaction. 시술 결과가 만족스럽지 않으신 경우, 시술 후 7일 이내에 연락 주시면 담당 스타일리스트가 무료 보정 시술을 진행해 드립니다. 보정은 원래 요청하신 스타일의 범위 내에서만 가능합니다. (예: 펌 모양 조정, 불균형 수정 등 / 다른 스타일 변경은 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.) 3. Conditions for Adjustment (보정 시 유의사항) Adjustments apply only to the original service and stylist. Significant changes in style (e.g., new haircut or color change) are considered a new service. Hair condition affected by home care, heat styling, or chemical processing after your appointment may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment. 보정은 원래 시술 및 동일 스타일리스트에 한해 가능합니다. 스타일의 방향을 바꾸는 대폭적인 변경(예: 다른 커트 스타일, 컬러 변경 등)은 새로운 시술로 간주됩니다. 시술 이후 고객님의 홈케어, 열기구 사용, 추가 시술 등으로 인한 변형은 무료 보정 대상이 아닙니다. 4. Visual Reference Disclaimer (참고 사진 관련 안내) Hair services are highly personalized. Reference photos serve as a creative guide, but the final result depends on your hair’s density, texture, and history. Results may also differ from photos due to lighting or post-service styling (heat tools). 헤어 시술은 개인별 모발의 특성(모질, 손상도, 이전 시술 이력)에 따라 결과에 차이가 발생합니다. 참고 사진은 스타일의 방향을 잡기 위한 가이드이며, 사진 속 조명이나 스타일링 연출 등에 따라 실제 시술 결과와 시각적인 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 시술의 결함이 아니므로 환불의 사유가 되지 않습니다. 5.
